We got there really late, it took a lot longer to pick up my friend in CT then I'd figured on due to traffic. We arrived one song into RO's set and had to hightail it to the front. I didn't meet anyone, or even see anyone.. I don't think! Bummer.
I just got home from my trip, and 'm working on uploading video right now. For some reason the quality isn't translating as well as I'd like, and I only took two photos but we'll see! The smoke and the ELBOWS of this crowd were a bit much to contend with. More later!

Rachel, I came across your Higher Ground videos on Youtube and went ahead and threw a link in the Media thread ( here for you lazy folks). It's SO hard to get decent audio when you're that close so don't worry about it, they're great to have regardless. Thanks very much for recording!

For a crowd that wasn't tightly packed, there was a lot of flailing, stomping and elbowing. It was hard to hold the camera still. lol. Dancing is one thing, but daaaaamn. The videos are finally all uploaded, so enjoy.
For some reason youtube SHREDS the video quality, but there's nothing I can do about it, apparently.
Maybe next time I can get there on time and actually meet some people. Forum dorks unite. <3

While it was just a brief mention, it was nice to see the show mentioned on the blog of Burlington Free Press music write Brent Hallenbeck: www.burlingtonfreepress.com/blog/brent/index.htmlI used to work with Brent, and I tried to talk up the show as much as possible. I was glad that he came out and at least the band is on his radar now. Any media exposure can't hurt.

Sorry to bump this thread yet again, but two more videos from Youtube by user Corin3. Encore applause and Carnival - Reminded me yet again about that intro to Carnival that sounds like Scarecrow. History Crush

Since you bumped it I don't feel so bad now.. I put Darek's pics from this show into a gallery: www.rustic-overtones.com/ro/gallery/11092007.phpThe sound quality on History Crush is great for a video. Shame it cuts off before the solo though!
