equest submitted. everyone else should do it too, only takes a moment. Why can't I live somewhere with a decent radio station like EQX or CYY? The Buzz in Burlington did sponsor an RO concert on a Lake Champlain ferry back in the day, but I don't think they ever played them.

Keep it up folks, already up to #2 today. They also said they'd have a major concert announcement tomorrow, about New Years Eve. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the Northern Lights extravaganza.

If you haven't reserved tickets, you may want to do so. A lot of people are traveling for it and while I'm sure our requests have helped, there's a healthy following in EQX land who might not have heard yet.

I went to a concert over the summer @ Northern Lights with Reel Big Fish and a lot of people got turned away at the door. My friends had pre-ordered but I did not. I got super lucky, somehow among the whole crowd without tickets, someone came up to me looking to sell an extra.. face value.

edit: if you pre-order, don't use ticketmaster. It has a higher service charge and what not.. I don't remember exactly, but it was cheaper using the other link.

Thanks for the heads up on that Jeff. I was trying to hold off on buying tickets until I got paid on the 15th, but I just can't risk missing out. If you happen to hear the announcement let us know if it was indeed the New Years show. And thanks for the confirmation of what I already suspected about the Ticketmaster charges vs. Musictoday.

Nice to hear they're up to #2 on EQX, I've been shooting an e-quest over every day I remember.

call in WRBC bates college radio in lewiston 207-777-7915... i have a show for the station, thrusdays 8-10pm... i always make a point to spin rustic.

As expected, the announcement was indeed Rustic/PSC/AFA.

I guess EQX is sponsoring it as their "New Years Bash." I was glad to hear it confirmed, because other than the Northern Lights website there wasn't any other sources with the same information, except in reference to their site.

I'd sent Spence a PM on myspace (as yet unanswered) to confirm it, but I guess it really isn't too good to be true!
