EDIT: This is Paranoid Social Club's first show! It is from June 5th, 2002, at the State Theater, Portland, ME. Thanks for helping confirm the details! I've been going through my collection of live stuff and rarities to see if I've got anything not up, and found a file called "PSC_live_jun5.mp3" which, according to the recording, was their first show. They were opening for 2 Skinnee J's. I don't have a date on it, other than the one given in the original file name. I'm also not sure where I got it to begin with. I figured it was probably from Archive.org, but it's not listed there. That led me to my next conclusion, which was that I have a show dated as 2002, taped by Aaron Parker, that's no longer on archive.org either. Nice Jeff! That "Can't Buy me Love" song is one that I hadn't been able to track down. Can't listen here at work but I'm looking forward to hearing it. I have a bunch of older PSC stuff as well that has no date or show, nothing worth sharing though I'd imagine, and some of it might even be from this show, I'll have to listen and compare. I curse myself all the time for being so lax about details when it came to my rampant downloading addiction back in the day. Thanks man!

I have that show also. It's from June 5th 2002 at the State Theater. I think I downloaded it from www.rustic-overtones.com maybe, can't really remember, back in 2002, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get it from archive.org though. If you listen to the end of Rustic's "Last Show" you can hear Dave telling the crowd to "Come see the 2 Skinny J's June 5, 2 Skinny J's. Hope that helps. |

Also, I just now found the original listing, not sure why it didn't come up in the search. Yeah, I just bought it, again(I just can't seem to hold on to this album), from amazon.com. I think there are a few left, but be prepared to spend $20-$30 for it.
