Rocktopus-I love you!Good Morning/Something Fierce

I noticed that not many people are posting anymore, so I thought we should have another good old fashion poll. Any takers? My vote is for Something Fierce.

That's a tough call but I think I have to go with ILYGM! mostly out of sentimentality. I wore that album out when they first released it and remember having such a good time at the record release party. Something Fierce is a great album as well and is probably the better written of the two, but I can't pass up my favorite Rocktopus song, Hurricane, and the wit and humor on ILYGM! is awesome. Again though, it's a close race for me.

I only have the Octone version of Open Letter to the Damned (which isn't even "Rocktopus") so I can't vote, but as for not posting, don't have anything to add! I'm still here frequently, just have been lurking.. waiting for things to happen.

Definitely I Love You Good Morning. There's too many songs I tend to skip over on Something Fierce. Bad Math is my all-time favorite RocktoFastAs song. AFA pulled it out by request at Higher Ground a few years ago. (The show was during JazzFest, so I was one of about ten people there).

I also love Too Much TV. If you don't have it, check out the show from '02 where they let three contest winners play Rocktopus covers. The acoustic Too Much TV with the Stairway intro was great:

A few years ago I would have said Something Fierce, but with time ILYGM has passed it for me. Not Like Me is my favorite song they did, and I wasn't a huge fan of the re-done Suit & Tie and 2 Feet.

I voted ILYGM for its overall awesomeness but the song Something Fierce might be my favorite Rocktopus/AFA song
