...were on Austin City Limits tonight in Charlotte.
Man, Tony can really lay it down. I'm not sure when that was filmed - it didn't feature any new Ray material, but I could hear so much of Tony's feel in the music...
I love Ray Lamontagne, and I love that he chose Tony to back him up. WIth Rustic, there's so much going on, I tend to focus on other things than Tony's drumming.... but with Ray he is right there. There's nothing between you and him.
They had some great "behind the kit while he drops a fill" shots, too.
Well done guys.
