Man I'm pretty much screwed. Probation has me at my house at 11pm. Won't be able to see any of these shows. Hopefully they are still playing frequently in like 10 months. Knowing my luck if I said screw it and went to the shows I'd get pulled over or something on the way back. Rustic should come to my house!

Looks like I will now be at the Friday show via a friend that owes me a ticket. She can't do Saturday... Anyone else going?

It's a cool place to see a show, but it's pretty small. Like the name says, it's an old church that was converted into a nighclub so the door is in the back with the bar on the left and the stage at the far end. They fixed it up a couple of years ago (it was becoming a bit of a pit for a while there) and it looked good the last time I was there (maybe a year and a half ago at this point). If you've been to the Big Easy I'd say it's about 2/3 the size of that if memory serves, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong there. The biggest issue with the Church is parking. The lot isn't nearly big enough so unless you get there early (and even if you do really) it's better to park down on the street and walk up the hill. Getting back down after a full night of "rocking" can be an adventure though, especially if it's iced up at all, so be careful. Here are some pics I took at a PSC show there back in the day that'll give you an idea of the stage layout. I honestly don't even know how they cram rustic into that place, not to mention the crowd. I'm going to try and get to Saturday's show (we'll see) so ya'll be sure to let us know how Friday goes.

I was there at a local jam night where there were probably 6 or 7 people at a time on stage. It worked fine, they just had to angle the keyboard on the left and the drums in back.

Looks like I'll be heading up to Newmarket from Boston for this one. One brother coming from CT, one from Orono. This'll be a fun show!

Can't wait for the show tomorrow night...Should be a gas! I'm gonna be sporting my PSC Axis 1/3 shirt, definitely love to meet some fellow "tone-heads" or whatever we'll be calling ourselves. Back to writing my paper/drinking/watching the office (deadly combo).

AWESOME SHOW!!! I ate dinner at the bar, next to Dave and Jon (who were drinking Heinekens and doing shots) and the bar manager asked if he could record the show. They were like "sure". So........I asked to check out his set-up. He prefers a couple mics vs. the soundboard. And had some high tech gadgets I didn't quite understand. Anyway, short story long, I should have a good copy of this show coming soon. Hope soemone got a setlist becuse it was friggin' awesome. Sugercoat was the highlite of the night for me. Hope I get my voice and hearing back before New Years!

Yeah well worth the two hour trek down to see this show. Anyone else think it was interesting opening up with Light at the End? I prefer hearing that at the end of the set or in the encore. Fantastic show...hope everyone has fun tonight.

I recorded the show from the soundboard, it came out pretty good. However, as soundboard recordings do, some of the small nuances of the music are lost.
Does anyone know how to mix the two recordings to make one super-awesome recording?
Either way, my recording will available soon w/ a little help from Tim.

dev, how's the show coming? I have not heard back from the Stone Church bar manager (Scott) yet on his tape. I'm dying to hear this show again, I get so caught up in the show, it's great to hear them again and catch everything I missed. How about the set list? Might even hear me yelling for Outlaw Biker during a couple breaks! Wish Dave would have jumped into the crowd Friday, I was standing right there.

I've yet to convert it from MD to WAV, at which point I'll get it to Tim to master it. It'd be SWEET to get the Church's recording and layer the two together. There's a couple skips here and there in the recording, either due to the board or my MD.
I will get it to you all, I promise.
