Killer show. A smaller crowd than when I saw Rustic, but AFA was great. They opened with a couple of Beatles tunes and Gretchen My Captain, then played the Sgt. Pepper album in its entirety. For the encore, they played a new AFA song whose name I don't know, I think one more Beatles cover, then This is Real into Helter Skelter.
Dave Noyes was one of three trombone players on songs like Sgt. Pepper and Day in the Life. We saw all the other members of Rustic in the crowd.
During the encore, Spencer said As Fast As would have a new album out in January.

Thanks for the update Crayons, I really wanted to see this show, but couldn't make it to Maine this week-end. Cool to hear that the guys seem to support and help each other in their solo projects. I think one of the thread said that Tony played when PSC had their last show. Maybe we'll see one of the other guys fill in the Seekonk or other projects. Anyone get a recording of this show? I'll keep an eye out for the new album.
Thanks again for the update.
