Does anyone know if the new Rustics album will have re-recorded versions of the oldies (Carsick, Hardest Way Possible, etc..) or wil they be re-mastered from previous recordings?  P.S.- Rooms By The Hour has my fav recording of "Hardest Way Possible" |

None of the tracks on the new Rustic album had a previous official release, aside from Carsick, which was on a promo cassette only. I believe that they are using the previously recorded, unreleased tracks rather than re-recording something we've never heard in the first place. I hope this helps! |

car sick is a rematered version of the version tony viconti recorded I hope they took the Britney Spears filter off of the vocals. The version on the promo tape sounds too processed/electronic/not-very-Rustic. |

dude... i totally know what you're talking about.. it sounds like a CHER song right??? do you beliiiieeevvee in loooovveee afftterrr loooveee?  ? lol! anyway, i'm pretty sure they did take off the "Britney Spears filter" off of the vocals LMFAO! I seriously thought i was the only one who heard that crap!! hahaha dude.. i can't get over the Brit reference hahahaha ohh yeah, and listen to the beging of Car Sick on the light at the end sampler, the beging vocals arnt all britney spears filter modualted like the old arista sampler was lol p.s. do u ever hear those dude / girl arists these days that still use that Brit filter / effect? it's so annoying.. i'm like "wtf is this bs" |
