With some more attention on AFA with the new album coming out, I'm going to renew my quest to find a copy of the original version of Open Letter to the Damned. Thanks to the good people of this message board, I've managed to find mp3s of most of the tracks, but I'd really like to get a copy of this disc.
Can anyone out there help a fellow fan?

I'm in the same boat I'm afraid. I was out of the loop when they first put it out so I never managed to grab a copy either. How different was it than the major label release?

Pretty much all the tracks that were not on the Octone disc are on archive.org somewhere. The versions differ a bit from the Octone release. Some I find I actually like better.

Ah, well that's why I hadn't heard half the songs in that show Notreally pointed out, a bunch of them were on the independent OLTTD. Thanks for the track list Crayons.

Ok, so check this out and let me know if it looks right. I'm going to plunk in the cover art once I get upload access. Check my track order, spelling and all that. Is there anything else that I should include? Any sources out there that pertain specifically to the '04 version? Let me know. (I took the sandbox link down, you can peep the final product here) I'm going to throw a page together for the Hunt and Peck EP as well once I get this finished. |

Alright, so I put the Wiki pages up last week for Hunt and Peck and the '04 OLTTD. I went through tonight and added cover art (as well as the art for the LD re-release and the Velour version of Light at the End). I haven't edited a Wiki page since college and forgot what a massive pain in the ass it is. It was a good time waster here at work though. I'd welcome anyone clicking through the mentioned pages and making sure all looks well.
