From the Facebook chat today
Dave: "We are currently working on both the DVD and a Rustic record. PSC axis 4 out in October."
Very good news! And because I'm sure it'll come up (and while I wouldn't mind seeing them come up with a new title):
Axis IV: Psychosocial and Environmental Stressors Axis IV is for reporting psychosocial and environmental problems that may affect the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of mental disorders.
I realize at this point it's more about keeping up the theme then having the definition represent the album, but it's still fun.

I wonder what the track listing will be...the only unreleased song I think I've heard is shot down...anyone know any others?

I suppose there's always hope that "Rock Singer" will finally make a non-demo appearance. I'm pretty sure all hope is lost of ever hearing "7 Minus 1" again now, but I'll certainly take a reunited Rustic over one, admittedly very good, seldom played song. Then there's "Can't Buy Me Love" (not a Beatles cover) and I also seem to remember a song called "Money", though I couldn't even hum that one for you.
I'm just excited there's going to be new PSC to rock out to. It's been WAY too long.

I actually like the Rustic version of Rock Singer from the Pickle Barrel shows. Although it wasn't the complete or original lineup, I throw that song on the end of a lot of my CD's as a filler.
As for the album, I kind-of hope I Want You (She's so Heavy) makes it on there. Love their version.

I really doubt that we'll see Rock Singer again. I remember hearing something about how they chose not to use that song because it sounded too similar to a song that from another band that they are friends with. I guess they both came up with a similar idea around the same time, but since the other band put it on their album, and PSC just had it on their demo, they decided to retire it out of respect for the other band. I think I read that in an interview transcript somewhere.
As for Money and Can't Buy Me Love, unless they're doing something like what Rustic did with LATE (reviving old unrecorded/unreleased songs), I wouldn't expect these two to appear either. They haven't played them in a long time, and from the recordings I've heard, they didn't really sound "complete" either. So, if they did appear, I'd expect them to be significantly reworked (like the transition from "Everybody Run" to "Ricochet", maybe even more so).
I'd be surprised if we don't see Shot Down. That one always sounded very polished live. I'd imagine that they've had a finished studio recording of that sitting around since 2005 or so.
