I didn't hear about it until just now (and it's TONIGHT!!) when I saw this on www.bigeasyportland.com:

Uncle Eddie Benefit
Please join us on Saturday, August 2nd for a special benefit show for the one and only, Uncle Eddie. He has been the face @ the door of The Big Easy for over 9 years. He will be going into the hospital for surgeory in early August. Please join us this special night and help raise money for Uncle Eddie.

Performing in part or in whole.

$5 minimum donation

If anyone sees this last minute and can go...GO! 1. because the show will be awesome, and 2. because Uncle Eddie rules!!
