I lost my copy during my many moves in college. Always talk about it to my wife and how I want a copy. Check every store we go into. I have it in my watch on ebay. So she decides to buy it for me for my birthday coming up next week. She has her sister buy it through her ebay account and the CD gets delivered. The jewel case is broken but the sleeve is all set. She had never seen the CD before so she decides to pop in in her car CD player to make sure there are no skips. GWEN STEFANI!! Fucking Gwen Stefani. The a**hole scams her. Who has a Gwen Stefani album and then puts it in a Rustic album. So that's my story. My wife feels really bad but just her trying to buy it for me means so much. Currently she is in dispute with the seller through ebay and paypal. Thanks for listening to my rant. Can't wait to see Rustic in Dover.

I think she paid $65. I have the all the songs in my itunes but really wanted a copy to replace my lost one. I have a nice collection of Rustic memorabilia and this would have really been nice to add to it. Some people are just dbags. I hope this get resolved to my liking.

Was it the original album? Hopefully it was just an honest mistake, because that's pretty evil if it was a scam using the original album casing.

If she (or you) still want to get your hands on a hard copy, I would highly recommend the Amazon marketplace. I've seen a bunch of copies of Shish, LD and Rooms up there over the years and often at pretty decent prices. I picked up an extra copy of LD for $10 with shipping a couple of years ago, it was just too cheap to pass up. Plus it's one more go between to talk to if things don't go right with the transaction. There are actually a bunch of copies of Shish up there now (more than I've seen in quite a while) for $35-$40 with shipping - link. Keep us updated on how it goes though, hope she can get her money back or at the very least leave some extremely scathing feedback. |

Well, we got it resolved through paypal. We shipped it back today with a tracking number. It's pretty shitty we have to pay for shipping it back and the extra cost of a tracking number. Get a full refund but cost three or four bucks for nothing. Thanks for the heads up on the copies on amazon. Didn't even think of that. Looking forward to the Brickhouse show Thursday night. My wife and I have the week off so we are staying in Dover for the night so we can drink and have a good time at the show.

Not even No Doubt, GWEN STEFANI? This guy has a nice toasty place in music hell waiting for him. Glad you got your Shish Boom Scam (I know, genius pun) resolved though and get to see Rustics :-).
