ROOMS REISSUE LIFETIME TICKET!!!!

Howdy. Sooooo, jon, ryan, noyes, pat corrigan and I just got done HAND PACKAGING the rooms' re-issue.. Pat once again made a very unique and "rustic" design and they are currently being delivered to Bullmoose for distribution, available monday night at ALL bullmoose stores!!!
It's kinda cool to have come full circle and back to a completely hands on indie approach to our product. All the work done for this issue was kept totally "in house" and it's a nice feeling of accomplishment this way when the finished product is in front of us.. This is the way things used to be and maybe it will stay that way this time... We'll find out when the new record arrives this spring!!!
Anyway LISTEN CLOSELY!! While doing all of this ourselves we decided to do something special for one lucky fan!.. THERE IS A GOLDEN TICKET IN ONE, AND ONLY ONE OF THE PACKAGES!!!!! Finding this ticket means you will never pay to see us again... thats right. The proverbial LIFETIME RUSTIC TICKET for all shows following the date of the release and including New Years!! We will not know which bullmoose location it will be sent to. The ticket was hand placed, the package was wrapped and it was placed randomly into the box. We dont even know which one it was.. Happy Hunting and Good Luck!!
There are, however, some rules that apply..
1.) If it is a 21+ show and the ticket holder is not of age, there's nothing we can do. Remember though, this is LIFETIME so it's money in the bank! Hang on to that thing Charlie!!
2.) The ticket is non-transferable and once we've been notified of who the winner is, that will be the ticket holder for life.
3.) The ticket is good for ONLY the ticket holder and promises no '"special access" of any kind beyond admission.
4.) Don't pull any funny stuff. The ticket is certified by unique markings of chocolate on it's backside.. these have been carefully documented by our staff and only we know the exact ratio of carob contained therein. If we suspect a fraudulent ticket it will be brought directly to the lab for testing. So don't try to steal the everlasting gobstopper, asshole! Slugworth works for US!!!
5.) Apon winning you are responsible to either notify Bullmoose or us here on our myspace... We will find you after that and the proper steps will be taken to assure your LIFETIME STATUS...
6th and final rule... The winner must never touch any of our nut's! If you touch our nuts, We go crazy!!!

Oh man that's so bad ass. I hope it goes to someone who actually goes to Rustic shows. That would be lame if some smuck got it and only goes to one show.

It's an awesome idea but I had the same thought. I hope someone who's going to shows anyway ends up with it. Better still, I hope whoever does get it posts here to make us all jealous.

Let's just use the power of positive thinking to will someone from the board to get it, then it's a win/win.

any news of someone from here finding the golden ticket? my girl bought the disc for me for xmas and gave it to me a little early so we could listen to it, as well as buying 1 for her car,

I bought 4 copies as gifts, but they come with the stipulation the ticket comes back to me if found! Is that crap or what! Oh well.

Yeah no ticket or business card...Fort Awesome? Sounds like fun...

What does everyone think about the bonus tracks? I really liked the beginning of Cherry --the powerful horns and the sound was excellent, but I'm not a fan of the vocals. Maybe too much reverb or something? Personally just wasnt for me. I think LNB and Room6 were done well, with LNB definitely being my favorite addition to my collection.

I got one with a Fort Awesome card as well. The inside of cover was green, and the rest I bought were orange. I e-mailed Rustic to ask about the card, they said Fort Awesome is Pat Corigans studio, as well as where they printed and pakaged everything.

That's where Pat makes the Freakshow Guitar pedals as well. It's a very cool place; kind of a mini art community. I know that this should go somewhere else, but keep your eyes out for shows by The Plains. It's the next generation of Seekonk by Dave Noyes, Pat Corrigan, Erin (the woman from the last As fast As Album), as well as others have started.
