Hello Everybody!
Just wanted to write a quick blog and tell you guys how much I appreciate your support. Im sure that some of you know that I am a busy man these days and on the road most of the time. I would like to thank my fellow Rustic band mates for being patient with my busy schedule and I, also am very proud of what were recording and our chemistry in the live show. I feel like everyone in the band has helped me discover a new part of myself, as a musician and as a person and it's good to know that people have my back. Enough sappy stuff... New things with Nigel. Uh... Oh Yeah! I just started an endorsement deal with Moog Music Inc. It's a synthesizer company that I'm honored to be involved with (I didn't say that just because I'm endorsed by them, either). My favorite keys players always had Moog synthesizers as a standard, case and point, I grew up listening to Moog keyboards. So I'm glad I can be part of History... Im glad I can add my 2 cents in. Ya know? Also, some of you may have heard of Robert Randolph and the Family Band... That's one of my gigs, I'm starting to settle in to it a little bit. It's becoming easier every time. So if you go check 'em out, Don't be surprised to see me hiding behind a wall of keyboards... I'll peak up once and a while to say hi! Soulive fans: I will be on the road with them this coming spring on tour all around the country. I will be singing as the keys position has already been filled by the GURU of keys, NEAL EVANS!!! Lettuce: I will be out puttin som fufu in your booboo in the summertime. So hold on to your fonk hats because the Mothership is landing, baby!
That's all from Nigel's world! Stay tuned to this site, royalfamilypresents.com-lettucefunk.com- and the Rustic page for more details... I'll see ya'll down the road sometime real soon...
PS: I heard someone found the Golden Ticket!!! Congrats!!! Use It Wisely, for it holds great power, and with great power... well, you get it.
