Sorry, I know this might be a little pointless, but I've searched high and low (Maybe my searcing skills arnt very good) for a video/performance/mp3, etc of 'Slowly' but I cant seem to find it anywhere...
Is there anyplace I can download the song, or watch a performance?

I'm not sure archive will even help you with that one (though it's a good suggestion and certainly worth a look). Slowly wasn't ever a setlist staple, and to my knowledge (and somebody can certainly correct me if I'm off base here) they've never been recorded playing it and I've never heard, or heard of them playing it live. It wasn't even played at the 35-song, epic "last show" back in '02 so you might be out of luck finding a recording.
Obviously, if you're just looking to hear the song, the studio version can be found on "Long Division" and you can probably find the re-issue kicking around at Bullmoose music. Their website doesn't list it anymore but I bet if you drop them an email they'd be willing to send you a copy if they have any.

Never heard it live. They didn't seem to be big on ballads at shows.

I seem to remember them playing it at the New Years 2000 show, but I could be mistaken. That was kind of a while ago. I used to have the setlist around here somewhere, so I'll confirm if I can find it.
