Not a big fan of Eve6. How long of a set do you think Rustic will play?

I can't imagine Rustic will get much more than 45 minutes as a second opener but you never know. At this point I think Rustic and Eve6 are on about even footing in terms of popularity and Rustic probably wins out in New England so they might get a longer set.
Hope there's a good turnout. Anyone who manages to make it be sure to report back.

I'll be there tonight. I cannot wait. I also would imagine that it would be a shortened set, but we can all hope otherwise. Either way it'll be great to see the world's best band once again.
They get better and better with each show. Just when I think they can't possibly top the last show they prove me wrong.

Updates From the Rustic Facebook page as of 1am (not sure why the message board time is still an hour behind):
"broke down on the way to the show. Played the the show. Found out that eve6 are a bunch of pricks. Played some flip cup. Lost the trailor lights and just got pulled over. Now back on the road. It's been a good night"

It wasn't a full set. Rustic went on second. Carsick>Combustible, History Crush, Smallest Spark, Hardest Way Possible, Iron Boots, C'Mon>Gas on Skin, Rock Like War. I am doing that from memory so if anyone else at the show remembers back me up on this one.

Ya short set.
Pete sounded really good, my first time seeing him live other than on TV. Zach was not with the band so not sure if he was just not there or out.
Eve6 was good as well, although you can sense that they have swollen heads. Why ar they playing 500 person ski resort shows if they're so great!
Anyway setlist pretty much as above. This is as it was written. Love Underground was not played nor was Light. Some time spent before the set finding Tony and Ryan might have cost a song. They sounded really good for what I thought would be a shitty room acousticly. Very tight. UNfortunatly the room was so small the horns were blocking Nigel. Took some pictures to follow tonight.

I got a chance to talk with Zach's brother a few months ago and I'm pretty sure Zach has dropped out of the band, and the New England music scene altogether. His brother said that Zach and Hache (of As Fast As) were headed to the west coast together for bigger and better things. It's hard to get a footing up here and the opportunities are definitely plentiful on the west coast, so hopefully everything works out for them and they get to where they want to be.

Pete was on 207 again last night. Just him and the new guitarist (sorry horrible with names) so I guess he's in, Zach's out.
