I thought I would start a topic for tonight and tomorrow nights show to keep track of the setlist, reviews and stories. This board has been a little quiet for a few days and if these are going to be last few shows let's make the best of it.

Hey all,
Font here. I just got in from the show and I am FIRED UP. Wow. I'm actually at a loss of words for how euphoric I am right now.
I'll start with the set list.
My Dirt History Crush Troublesome Oxygen Combustible C'Mon Gas on Skin Iron Boots Hardest Way Possible Crash Landing Man Without a Mouth Carnival The Heist Daryl Light at the End
Encores: Feast or Famine Rock Like War
Second Encore: Letter to the President (with Dave, Spence, Ryan and Noyes)
So...it was absolutely phenomenal. I was really skeptical about how the Boston crowd would react as I figured there wouldn't be as many hardcore Rustic Fans as the Maine shows. I could not have been more wrong. The place was absolutely rocking. I think up front were the hardcore fans who clearly knew their stuff, but I think even better were the not-so-hardcore fans who were really taken aback by how good the band is.
The Strings were there and they're better than advertised. I think I have a crush on the tallest one with darker hair...which is bad because she could be 16 for all I know. Anyways, I will always be stunned at how Rustic has taken chances with new layers of sound over the years and those layers are always beneficial.
I really liked how much the band really seemed to be enjoying themselves. It's great to see that they truly enjoy being together.
Dave made a mention of possibly coming BACK to Beantown in a couple months. That was exciting.
I'd get into individual songs, but Rustic is what it is...totally freakin sweet.
My only regret is that there were no surprise songs on the list. Some day I'll get to hear Shaker live...some day!!!
I wish I could go tomorrow, but alas I can't. There are still tickets left if you can make it and you're reading this. Go! You won't be disappointed!

Hardest had the "Something" Beatles cover intro, too. I was right up front and center, but had to go to the back around "Carnival" because I was just exhausted. This was my last Rustic show until/if they announce more shows, my only disappointment being that I couldn't keep going up front. They're tight as ever though, that's for sure. Hopefully there'll be more down the line! Maybe that DVD would be sweet, too
